Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products and our remote location, we do not accept returns or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Orders are dispatched once per week. Delivery timeframes are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays once parcels have been dispatched.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
